Layaway, NFA and Special Order Policies

Our layaway program requires 20% down. You have 90 days to pay the balance. Starting a layaway plan is easy. Simply place your order with us. A simple 20% down payment is all that is required to reserve inventory. The layaway period begins on the date of order and ends 90 calendar days from the transaction agreement begin date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made. To cancel, you must notify us either by phone, email or in person.
A cancellation will forfeit all funds paid. If we do not receive your final payment by the end of terms, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase and all funds paid will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation or ATF 4473 Deny, you will forfeit all funds paid.

NFA ITEM PURCHASE POLICY:
Tax stamp fee, $40 processing fee and 100% down due at time of agreement date. ALL NFA items must be paid in full at the time of the order. Tax stamp wait times are unpredictable (9-12-month average). Starting in 2024 we have seen a dramatic decrease in wait times averaging 4-5 days on individuals, not including "Trusts".
In the event of Form 4 denial, you will forfeit all funds paid.
Depending on stock availability, we may discontinue NFA terms and require all fees and cost to be paid up front

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
All special orders must be paid in full at the time of agreement. There are no refunds on special order items. If you special order a firearm in-store or online with us, you MUST BE CERTAIN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK/NCIC CHECK.

FIREARMS PURCHASES AND RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
Not including SPECIAL ORDERS OR FIREARMS & AMMUNITION, you may return merchandise for a refund if it is still in SEALED AND UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Manufacturers defects and any missing parts from original packaging can be resolved directly with the manufacturers.
We do not refund firearm purchases if you decide you don't like it or change your mind. Once a background check is completed and the item is paid for, it is considered used. We can  not in good conscience resell a firearm as NEW when it has already been transferred to a customer. We MAY purchase it back on a case by case basis at a used gun value.
We reserve the right to turn down any customer.
If we feel you are attempting to purchase a firearm for another person, you will be asked to leave and refused service.
